The Mosquito Magnet®  is designed for open areas, estate lawns and commercial applications needing protection for an area of 1/2 to 1 Acre. Carbon Dioxide (Co2) has been scientifically proven to be the primary compound that mosquitoes and other biting imsects use to navigate to people.

The Mosquito Magnet® mimics a large mammal by catalytically converting propane to carbon dioxide (Co2), heat and moisture.  It is placed near the mosquitoes' resting and breeding spots, trapping them at their source.  The breeding population of female biting insects (mosqitoes, black flies) is interrupted in 4 to 6 weeks.  No beneficial insects (butterflies, bees) are targeted.
